How do I check the status of an order?
If an order is shipped via UPS and a tracking number is provided, the order can be tracked at UPS.com. If a order ships USPS, you must specify if you would like a tracking number. Otherwise, you can email sales@strxonline.com to request a statement of the status of your order.

Does strxonline.com charge sales tax?
State laws require that Internet retailers collect sales tax in states at the point of destination within the state where the company has its base operation. Strxonline.com headquarters are in Poulsbo, WA. Subsequently we are required to charge applicable taxes in Washington State.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.
Are credit card transactions safe on Synergy Therapeutics RX?

Why would my card be declined if there were sufficient funds in my account?
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your Synergy Therapeutics RX account differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined. Please verify that your account information is correct, and then notify your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally, we do not have the capability to validate funds on cards issued by foreign banks.
What are my payment options?
We accept AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard credit cards, and checks or money orders.
Why would an item be out of stock when it still appears on your site?
Because of some unforeseen increased demand, Synergy Therapeutics RX may sell out of any product at any time. Synergy Therapeutics RX will do everything within our power to always have product in our warehouse.
Will my order go out UPS Ground or Priority Mail?
This depends on the option you pick during check out. UPS Ground will be used if specified or if package weight is more than 5lbs. We will email you a tracking number for the shipped package the day the order is sent. You can choose your package directly on our site. USPS Priority Mail will be used if package weight is less than 5lbs. All packages shipped through Priority Mail do have delivery confirmations. There are some tracking capabilities but the sole purpose for a delivery confirmation is to let us know the date and time you get your package. USPS Priority Mail will be used for all Military APO addresses. If you have a special request please contact us so we can accommodate your needs.
Do you ship to Military APO's addresses?
Yes, Synergy Therapeutics RX ships via USPS Priority Mail to the following locations; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, and all Military AE's, AA's and AP's. Prices for shipping to these locations will be adjusted based on weight and destination. We cannot offer Free Shipping to these locations.
Do you accept returns?
Synergy Therapeutics RX accepts returns for all unopened products within 15 days from the purchase date. Synergy Therapeutics RX will refund 100% of money within the 15-day return policy. Synergy Therapeutics RX does not reimburse shipping cost in either direction for the returned product. If a product is returned within the 15 day time period Synergy Therapeutics RX has the right to charge customers a 20% restocking fee.
